How can we readjust our body correctly and how should we position it in space? While we are taught how to ski properly or how to play tennis properly, nobody shows us how to stand properly, how to arrange our body to avoid its constant distortion, how to adjust it vertically and horizontally, and how to make it look elegant while it is moving, walking or standing.
SACRAL DESIGN is about getting to know your own body, having a conversation with it, becoming friends with its inner appearance, remodeling its outer appearance and falling in love again – with its new design!
Let’s stand correctly on our feet, arrange the legs, readjust the hip joints, tighten our belly and push our solar plexus high up, relax the shoulders and pull the neck up, open the collarbone and bring out all hidden blockages, look straight in the eyes of life and invite it in our correctness:
SACRAL BODY DESIGN is based on Albena Alexandrova’s experience. It is a mixed practice of body ballet, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, body geometry, meditations, energy talks on various topics and prayers for intentions and gratitude.
Movement, Breath, Inner work – that’s all you need for a healthy, beautiful and harmonious body, so that you can stand in front of a Mirror and feel happy with the elegant design of the new model!
